We consider it a priority to respect the dates that employees request for holidays. Upon hiring, all Tootelo employees are entitled to eight weeks of paid vacation.
After 3 years, each employee receives an additional week's vacation. After 5 years, each employee receives another additional week's vacation.

As a Tootelo employee, you can update your availability up to four times per year. This is especially helpful for students who want to work full-time during the summer and part-time the rest of the year.
We recognize the availability of each employee, and pay them accordingly. This includes bonuses for night shifts, as well as a bonus if you are able to come in last-minute upon request of a team leader.

We've made it easy for employees to find a replacement should there be a conflict in the schedule. Employees can send out a department-wide request to switch shifts or be replaced altogether.
