Working From Home

This way of working is encouraged for almost every position in the company. Our IT staff can set up your laptop so that our employees can work from the comfort of their home.

Employee RRSPs

We believe that it's important to contribute to our employees' retirement, one way or another. That's why we make $250/year available to our employees, which can be used in a few different ways.

Leave and Holidays

We consider it a priority to respect the dates that employees request for holidays. Upon hiring, all Tootelo employees are entitled to six weeks of paid vacation.

After 5 years, each employee receives an additional week's vacation.

Flexible Hours

Tootelo attaches an almost infinite flexibility in its employees' schedules. Here are a few examples:

  • 2, 3, or 4 days weeks, if required
  • Flexible shift lengths
  • Seasonal schedules

As a Tootelo employee, you can update your availability up to four times per year. This is especially helpful for students who want to work full-time during the summer and part-time the rest of the year.

Replacements

We've made it easy for employees to find a replacement should there be a conflict in the schedule. Employees can send out a department-wide request to switch shifts or be replaced altogether.
