Customizable salary

Looking for flexibility? Tootelo lets you tailor between 12% and 16% of your salary as you wish! Here is how our employees choose to customize their salary according to their needs.

  • Between 8 and 11 weeks of paid vacation per year
  • Increasing their salary
  • Investing in RRSPs, TFSAs, stocks, etc.
  • Carrying over the amount to the following year to have more weeks off OR more money
  • Working 4 days a week and get paid for 5 days

Flexi-work

While we encourage employees to drop by the office from time to time to see their colleagues in person, they are all entitled to Flexi-work. We use IT platforms that facilitate teamwork, collaboration and exchange between all members of the company.

No overtime

We strongly believe in the right to unplug (we even have a policy about it!) and therefore, do not require anyone to work overtime. In very rare situations where an emergency calls for an out-of-hours commitment, you will be able to shorten your schedule in the following days to compensate.

Flexible schedules

Forcing all employees to work 9 to 5 is not realistic. Everyone is different: some have young children to drive to school in the morning, some are simply more productive earlier in the day, others like to hit the gym before sitting down to work... As much as possible, we respect your preferences, your needs and your commitments.

Paid leave on your birthday

No need to set your alarm on your birthday! Sleep in and enjoy a day off on us.

Continuous learning

Progression is one of Tootelo's core values, and includes acquiring new knowledge and honing skills. For this reason, Tootelo allocates each employee an annual amount that can be used for courses, training, conferences or any other activity that supports the development of skills.

RRSP

With their customizable salary, employees can choose to invest a portion of their earnings in RRSPs, to which Tootelo can also contribute an amount per year.
